I've tried two different copies on two different blu ray players and still the same thing. I also went straight from the player to my tv. Tried everything I can think of.

Yes my default is 2/3 off and free shipping on 4. I add 2 doubles and it says that I got free shipping. Then I put in the J9E1 code and it won't combine with free shipping.

Am I doing that right?...
