I was very intrigued when I saw this pop up in my FB feed...it could be amazing, it could be a trainwreck. Hoping for the former of course. My favorite game franchise

Unless they dump a ton of money into it there is no way this will work. Westworld had one good season IMHO.

You have to pay every time they change outfits.

They should make it like the game and it have it crash at the title screen if you watch it on day 1.

This one one of my favorite franchises, but I would be more excited about this if Nolan and Joy weren’t involved.

I enjoy the games quite a bit, so I hope this turns out well.

Amazon hired the writer of Captain Marvel and 2018 Tomb Raider and one of the writers of Portlandia and Silicon Valley to be co-showrunners

Jonathan Nolan will direct episode 1.

Love Goggins, he looks like someone that would be around in a post-apocalyptic scenario.

Was always going to watch before, but now this is an insta-watch. Goggins is the best.

I’m excited for this! I love the retrofuturism look of the games. I can find myself not completing any actual missions in the games because I get lost just exploring the world. Hopefully they can bring some of that feeling to the series.

Can't wait to see some footage, but The Prydwen looks great in that picture.

Some more pictures in this thread with Goggins as a Ghoul, Ella Purnell wearing a Pip-boy and the Power Armor.

That looks really good.

From the studio that brought you The Boys and Free 2 day shipping

April 2024. Too bad not sooner with the glut of TV due to the strike.

Looks great! Looks sort of like a Zack Snyder film in terms of visuals and slow-mo.

I’m cautiously optimistic… some of that footage looked sufficiently grotesque. Other parts looked too… green screen sound stage.

But I’m down for this, either way. Had no real idea about some of the actors in it, so seeing some familiar faces was cool.

It all looks very clean, not what I remember from most of my playthroughs of the game. I hope there's at least one scene of her contemplating whether or not she should pick up a broken fan or a burnt book. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to the show.
