$10 Up Thank You Coupon
Just got an email from amazon thanking me for pre-ordering Up on Blu-Ray and giving me a $10 discount on a future disney bd purchase.

sorry the coupon code seems unique... but keep your eyes on your email.

Re: $10 Up Thank You Coupon
Such an interestingly timed email... I just called in last night and requested $10 of Pinocchio due to the fact that I bought UP as a preorder. I talked to a higher than usual CSR since my first one couldn't understand my request. She said she couldn't do it. This morning, I get the email telling me I have until 11/30 to choose one of the titles (indeed, the same ones as the DISNEYBD offer) for $10 off.

Got that email this morning as well. Nice deal.
The OP might want to mention that it's an Amazon deal in the thread title; otherwise folks might think it's one of the earlier $10 deals. Nice to be able to use this without having to buy anything else.

Well, we all had varying degrees of success. I got both UP and MONSTERS for $14.48 shipped (yes, I know it could've been even lower), so I'm content. This is just icing.
Incidentally, in case anyone's curious, I did use the DISNEYBD code on my order, along with two other $10 deals and a price drop, so this is exclusive of all of those.

Re: $10 Up Thank You Coupon
I'm assuming since I used the DISNEYBD code I did not get the email, but I went ahead and emailed them asking if it was the same and if I could participate in the deal. If not, oh well, I will just wait until the next deal.

Re: $10 Up Thank You Coupon
Just found out why I did not receive the email:
Offer cannot be applied to orders placed with Amazon.com prior to 12a.m. Pacific time, November 3, 2009, or after 11:59 p.m. Pacific time, November 30, 2009.
Kind of a slap in the face to those that pre-ordered it earlier and stsuck with it. Oh well, not gonna complain, it's there in the fine print.

Re: $10 Up Thank You Coupon
I ordered mine on November 5th, and I haven't gotten the coupon. Unless it wound up in my spam folder, but I emptied that the other day, unfortunately. I e-mailed them and asked them to resend the coupon, figured it couldn't hurt.

Re: $10 Up Thank You Coupon
Uhhh... I don't think the fine print really is the true answer here.
I ordered my Monsters/Up on October 28th and I received the coupon this morning (which I then used to get Sleeping Beauty for $9.99).
I'd shoot them over an email if you didn't receive one. I didn't go CRAZY with using discounts on Monsters/Up though (I think I ended up paying $24 for both) so that might also be a factor.

Re: $10 Up Thank You Coupon
Yes I got one today for $10 off. I wish I could have used it on my Up and Monsters, Inc order since nothing on the list really interests me that much. Either I already own it or don't want it. I might buy something to resell or give as a gift.
I forgot to mention I didn't use DISNEYBD on my UP order.

Re: $10 Up Thank You Coupon
I paid $32.98 for Monsters, Inc. and Up, so I should definitely get the coupon. I did add Sleeping Beauty for $10.99 using the DISNEYBD code, so I'm not complaning. BTW, (shameless begging alert) if anyone has a code and doesn't want it, I'll gladly take it off your hands. And if I do happen to get one from Amazon eventually, I'd be happy to give it to someone else here who wants it.

Re: $10 Up Thank You Coupon
I ordered Up, Monsters, and Sleeping Beauty together earlier. Just sent in an e-mail requesting a $10 refund, since Sleeping Beauty is on the list.

Re: $10 Up Thank You Coupon
I can't say for sure, but I think this coupon is aimed at people who didn't buy a third Disney BD from that list for the extra $10 off. If you already chose one of those, you likely already got the $10 discount. In my case, I assumed I got the email because I only ordered UP and MONSTERS, so Amazon might have thought I wasn't aware of the additional deal to be had by picking a third title from the list.
Originally, they applied the DISNEYBD code to my order (of UP and MONSTERS) even though that order didn't include an additional title on the list (although at the time, I thought MONSTERS was on the list, which is why I pushed them for the discount in the first place!).

Re: $10 Up Thank You Coupon
I also emailed Amazon CS around 5PM EST about the $10 off code for pre-ordering UP and just got this
Hello from Amazon.com I need to look into the problem with the promotion, and it'll take a bit more time than usual. I just wanted to let you know I'll write back in 1-2 business days with more information. Thanks for giving me time to find the best solution.
Seems like Amazon may be buying time to figure out how to stem the onslaught of credit requests. Annoying too that they have the new UP/MI/CARS deal for about $36 and change....I paid $43 just 4 days ago for the same 3 titles....oh well...still not a bad deal at all.
