I called to check on my big order today and they told me that my card was charged today and they would be going out tomorrow so... that's good news! I cannot wait for that order to get here.

My card was just charged today too. Glad that I was just paid! Can't wait to add more movies to my newly created (thanks to Black Friday) stack of movies that I'll someday find time to watch.

Re: $4.95 Blu Rays at DVD2Blu

My card was finally charged on 12/8 (placed my order back on October 28, and they had received my discs by 11/5).....looking forward to my cheap blus arriving soon (hopefully)...mostly just HD DVD replacements though, so no big rush, but I am looking forward to watching NL's Xmas Vacation during the season....

For those of you getting your orders, do you know which title(s) were holding them up?

My order from November 9 is still held up -- no sign of a charge to my credit card. According to an email response I got a few days ago, The Wild Bunch is on backorder and is what is holding my order up.

I received my only order from the November "Any DVD" offer. I ordered 10 titles. I'm not sure what title was holding it up. I'm guessing Gran Torino, because I bet that was a popular title. This is all speculation, though.

I received no shipment notification, just a package on my doorstep.

Re: $4.95 Blu Rays at DVD2Blu

I just called. My order is still waiting on GRAN TORINO and THE ASSASSINATION OF JESSE JAMES. I was hoping to have these by Christmas...now I'm thinking that's a long shot.

I was told these two, MATRIX, and LA CONFIDENTIAL have been holding up lots of orders.

They just billed me for my order from 11/01. I don't know what was holding it up, but I did order both seasons of Terminator: SCC.

Saw the deal was back...and have to ask, did you use the HDDVDs as part of the "any DVD" promotion? I've got a handful that no one will ever buy on Half.com, would love to finally get rid of them.

I didn't try the STRICTLY HD-DVDs, I used the HD-DVDs that had the DVD flipside. The nice thing was I used the artwork for red2blu and the discs for dvd2blu and it seemed like it worked fine. They charged me for everything I requested.

Ahhh, that makes sense...well I do have one or two flipper discs...I might try some HDDVDs too though...I mean, technically, its a DVD, right? And the promo discs worked too? Very nice...will be nice to get rid of this stuff, although I kinda hate having to pay to do it

Re: $4.95 Blu Rays at DVD2Blu

Yeah, if I needed more titles I'd probably risk using HDs. I have a feeling they're not being totally anal about it. They're only being anal about the porn. :P

FWIW - Risky Business was one of my titles and I received my order a few days ago, so I'm guessing you are right about Chuck being the hold-up for your order.
