I can't keep track of all these coupons. I understand the DMR $5 coupon but what is the $8 coupon for Tron?

It's not a coupon. If you buy Tron: Legacy and Tron at Target, there's an automatic $8 Discount. However, the ad claims you can't use the $5 Tron: Legacy Coupon in combination with that offer.

Yes, but we will have to see if the computers are actually coded to do that. The ad last week also said that the promotion where you would get a $10 giftcard if you bought Tangled and another Disney title together was not valid if you used the coupon, but several people reported that it still worked.

I'm getting the box set, I have it on order from Amazon for $63.99 but Target
will have it for $64.99 so a coupon would make it lower then Amazon.

nothing for Tron the original classic (so far)
the only other offer is getting 8 dollars off when you buy Tron and Tron Legacy on the same reciept. which according to the ad you can not use the coupon with that offer.

I'm still holding out hope that there will be a Tron Coupon.

Regardless, I'll be getting Tron and Tron: Legacy at Target. Will pick up the 4-Disc version of Tron: Legacy and use the $5 Off Target Coupon, bringing Legacy to $19.99 by itself. Then picking up both of them together further drops the price to $15.99 each. If I'm able to use the Legacy Coupon, great; if not, it's still a heck of a deal. If there's a Tron Coupon there's no reason it wouldn't work, lowering the price even more.

Unless Amazon lowers their prices even more (to match Target's) or you're able to convince them to apply any coupons, there's no reason not to get these at Target

I bought Tangled and Snow White at Target to take advantage of the $10 gift card extra value (and planned to return Snow White). Unfortunately that didn't go so well. After I used the $5 Target coupon and the $5 Tangled coupon, the Snow White was showing up as "refund value $14.54" though it had a store price of $29.99. So they either applied all coupons to it (and half of the GC), or they applied the entire GC value and the $5 Target coupon to it. Either way, that's fubar! If I returned both I would break even exactly, meaning a missing manufacturer value. I wasn't planning on returning Tangled, but that's still messed up.

I rebought the 3D blu version of Tangled using the coupons for a total, hassle free $15. (She had to scan the Target coupon before using the Tangled one since it wouldn't take if she did it in reverse.) Beat that, Amazon!

We'll just have to wait and see how the $8 off both Tron BDs works. They had the same thing for Monsters, Inc. and Up but it was a manufacturer's coupon that was stuck to the movies. So you wouldn't be able to use it and the $5 coupons. Though some people found out that if you just added another item all 3 coupons worked as the $8 coupon would attach to the third item.

I'm hoping, just as the rest of us, that there is a coupon for both Trons and that the $8 off still applies. If it's just an $8 off at the register, I'm sure that will come off when the movies are rung up and then the coupons will be applied, so it will more than likely work. But if it's a coupon like with Monsters, Inc. and Up, then it will probably be YMMV if you can get it to work.

Well, if you're willing to print out a 50% coupon and you are a Barnes & Noble member you can do a in-store ship-to-home order on the 5-Disc 2-Movie Collection for $25 before tax. If you want to try using two coupons (one 50% member & 50% non-member) you can get the individual 4-Disc Legacy & 2-Disc Original for about the same cost.

They applied both coupons to Snow White. The GC portion for Snow White is $5.45 because it costs more than Tangled. It is pro-rated based on the prices. So $29.99 - $5 - $5 - $5.45 = $14.54. I think it may have worked for you if Tangled was scanned first, but it sounds like Snow White may have been scanned first. Pretty sure the Target $5 coupon attaches to the first eligible item scanned. Not sure about the other coupon, though...

I got Shaq'd at TARGET for just the TANGLED BD-DVD 2-pack combo. I went to the line w/ seemingly the most inexperienced cashier but she said, "This is only good for the 4-pack." I told her I didn't realize it and just to give me the coupon back. I went across the lot to BEST BUY and to the lady cashier who I always go to (she knows me as the guy who never has his RZ Card). She had no problem using the $5 off for TANGLED BD-DVD 2-pack.

DMR is Disney Movie Rewards right? I know I am a member bc I just logged in and get emails from there all the time. However I have yet to see a $8 off coupon. I was hoping for a TRON: LEGACY & TRON (Original) BD-DVD 4-pack but it looks like they are really pushing the whole 3D packages. I have the original OOP 2-Disc TRON and don't really think it is a "must have" for me if it means I need to spend more on a 3D copy to use on a TV I dont have yet. What is the best deal w/ coupons for either
the 3D/BD/DVD/DC or the BD/DVD/DC? Retail or Amazon...Oh and how dies the make-it-yourself Target coupon work? Is a regular printout ok?

Though I'd really like to get my RZ points at Best Buy...The only deal I see that I can use is:

Target: Tron Legacy 4 discer for $24.99

+ Tron Original for $19.99

- Disney DMR $5.00

- Target Disney Coupon $5.00

= 34.98.

I know there's several pages and different threads, but these questions have been answered repeatedly. Not that difficult to look a few posts above you or whatever.

But to answer your question, there is no $8 Coupon. At Target if you purchase Tron and Tron: Legacy there is an $8 Promotional Discount.
