Target $5 Disney Blu-ray Coupon
I just got a ad book in the mail from Target with coupons inside for $5.00 off any Disney Blu-ray, so don't chuck the catalogue with day-glo easter stuff on the cover in the trash without checking. You can use the coupon in combination with the Disney $10.00 off coupons -- so that's $15 off total (plus if you're a Target card holder take another 5% off). The coupon is good through April 23, 2011 -- so here's hoping for an Incredibles $10 off coupon from Disney.

Got the coupon today in a Target catalog. Thanks OP...wouldn't have looked otherwise. Maybe I can reprint that Nausicaa coupon since I already used it.

Re: Target $5 Disney Blu-ray Coupon
Here's hoping as I never get anything from Target in the mail. Being that it's only for movies $24.99 and up, I'm not sure we will have super deals, but you never know what the prices might be. There are several big Disney releases 3 weeks in a row. Tangled, Tron, and Incredibles. Knowing that with A Christmas Carol the coupon was only good for the 4-disc 3D release, the same may go for Tangled and Tron, so the prices may end up being above $24.99. I wish they would do like other studios and release the coupon good for any version, as that kept me from buying A Christmas Carol until I found a cheap used copy for around $6. I'd like to get Tron and Incredibles. I haven't seen Tangled, but I'll probably, more than likely, get it if the price is right.

Re: Target $5 Disney Blu-ray Coupon
If this is a generic $5 off Disney BD Target coupon, then someone could post a PDF of it and we should all be able to use it since the bar code never changes for Target coupons. I've never had a problem using a printed coupons at Target. If I could get the coupon quickly (and I think 10 days (Friday) is the magical price guarantee period) I'm hoping I could get them to apply it after the fact to my Nausicaa BD given that Target has applied coupons after the fact for me a few times before.
Time is of the essence. Who knows if I'll receive this flyer in time either. Could anyone post a scan? Thanks.

My Targets have always said TWO days is the policy for adjusting coupons for prior purchases. It could be a regional policy...

So you would not have been able to use it anyway.

First things first: gotta get my grubby paws on said coupon. Then, I wait for someone on this forum to unearth the most strategic use for it that doesn't involve luck, the discretion of a cashier or arguing with a manager.

Yeah, employees at my Target have explicitly told me that printed versions of their coupons are acceptable. I even used a newspaper version and a printed version of their last blu-ray related coupon in the same transactions. No big! So... if anyone could high quality scan, that'd be super!

Re: Target $5 Disney Blu-ray Coupon
I think it will come down to how persnickety the Target people are. Does $24.99 mean the regular price, so even if it's on sale for say $19.99, it still qualifies -- or are they going by what prices it rings up at that very second? I can only hope this pans out.

Re: Target $5 Disney Blu-ray Coupon
My experiences with my Target stores are usually pretty good (typically the opposite of my experiences at BB). I'd expect the coupon would work on any item selling for >= $24.99 at the moment you want to use the coupon. Nausicaa at $27.99 before the $10 Disney coupon would certainly have applied, and I'm pretty confident I'd have better than a 50% chance of getting them to apply it today IF I ACTUALLY HAD IT.
However, it looks like it'll be a totally moot point because I haven't gotten 1 in the mail and nobody is going to post a scan in time. I've had them apply coupons after the fact more than 3 days after the sale, but never more than 10, and today is the 10th day. I'll search SD to see if someone has posted it there. Otherwise, it looks like the coupon will be too little, too late. As Darth said, "it's too late for me now, son".

Re: Target $5 Disney Blu-ray Coupon
Has anyone seen the coupon books at a Target store? I'm thinking the Customer Service desk may have some.
My local Target is showing "Nausicaa" is back in stock, so I'm driving there tomorrow to pick it up with the DMR coupon. Another $5 off would be nice

Re: Target $5 Disney Blu-ray Coupon
Thanks for the info!
I picked up "Nausicaa" used $5 Target coupon and my second and last $10 Disney coupon (which I almost threw away a few days ago).
Now I have to return the one I paid $19 for last week.

Re: Target $5 Disney Blu-ray Coupon
Did you get the $5 Target coupon in the mail? It's now past 10 days, so my chance of success in applying it to my previous Nausicaa purchase is diminished, but you never know. I'd sure like to get my hands on a scan of it, but none are to be found on Google. In fact, if you Google $5 Target Disney coupon all that comes up is THIS thread, so apparently a few people here are the only ones who have seen or know about this stealth coupon. And Trev, you're going to come out even further ahead after returning the first one.
