Saw this on another forum.

Here's a Groupon offer to get a $40 Staples e-gift card for $25. After you purchase the Groupon you can redeem it for the Staples e-gift card. Then you can convert it at Plastic Jungle for 1884 RZ points. Points are immediately deposited into your RZ account if you successfully complete the offer. I also had a free $10 credit for any $20 or more Groupon purchase that helped me get the e-gift card for $15.

To convert the e-gift card select Staples from the drop down menu. Enter the gift card number and pin. Log into your Plastic Jungle account and submit it for your points.

Why would you think that? Did you read it? It was very clearly a Best Buy deal, albeit an unusual one. I was going to do it, but the Groupon sold out...

My Deal of the Day e-mail sign-up 100 bonus points posted to my account today. During the promotion, they had said it would post on 6/17.

I checked and my 100 points have also posted to my account today. However I had already contacted Best Buy customer service last week after the June 17th deadline went by when the points never materialized. Looks like I got a extra bonus 100 points now since they gave me another 100 points last week.

Interesting. I see the 100 points showing in the history as posted on 6/24. However, I have the same number of points in my account that I did last night. Is there a delay sometimes in points being reflected in the total?

Yeah something must be messed up. I got my 100 points yesterday and it issued a new $5 certificate. Yet it says I have 185 points total. We'll see what it says in a few days.

I know they are going to be eliminating the RZ site and incorporating it into the main Best Buy site at some point, maybe they are neglecting to monitor the old site for problems.

Yup, that is a good point. I was wondering if it was just my memory, but my point total still hasn't gone up, even though the 100 bonus transaction shows as posted. I'll probably give it another day or two before asking about it.

Anyone else's points completely disappear? Just checked my account and 900 of my 914 points are gone.

I assume it is a glitch because it doesn't show me anything in my order history.

My point total now reflects the 100 points.

I emailed them. The CSR stated that I hit 1014 and they automatically generated a $20 cert. Well, that doesn't explain why I can't see my purchase history. I just checked and they are back, so it's not a big deal. Just never happened to me before.
