I am having so many problems with B&N's updated site. It's constantly singing me out and it won't let me add items to my cart. The 50% off is not looking so great with all these problems. Is this happening to anyone else?

Stopped by the Emeryville, CA store last night. Much smaller selection than my local store, but had titles I was looking for (one of which my local store didn't have!)

B&N should honor the code(10 off 75)because their new website is having so many problems.

One member posted over at bluray.......That they called CS and got the discount.
I called earlier today and they said they would take $10 off my order of about
$80.It took awhile,and I still do not see the ordered listed.

Also I have no B&N close to me,so I be doing online orders only this time around.

i'm unsure what made them jack up their international shipping rates by such a huge margin... ever since the sale started, i've been buying an average of 40 titles during each sale. at these shipping rates, i don't think i can justify my purchases anymore...

Got my cart full, hit submit, add the CVV, spins and then nothing happens. Did that 3 times before I got worried that I'm submitting multiple orders. I don't see any pending charges on amex so I guess not. I guess I'll try again tomorrow.

Was able to use the $8 off $40 coupon with no problems tonight. Picked up The Night of the Hunter & Badlands for around $35.

Will be on the search for Breaking The Waves this weekend.

The Canadian dollar being what it is right now is really bumming me out when it comes to these Criterion sales. I'm holding out until November in hopes that Barnes does another gift card promotion. I've been selling some of my criterion dvd's that have been released on Blu, and I'm a little behind on other titles I want, so if they do run that promotion in November, I'll likely walk away with about 40 purchases.

The new site may stink, but Barnes and Noble runs sales all the time. When should they do the update? I would guess that summer is the perfect time of year for them to do something like this so that they have all of the bugs worked by the time the Christmas shopping season comes around.

Went in with my 15% off coupon for Fisher King on Blu today, and unfortunately it seems like stock with that title is sketchy as best at least in Houston. I'm going to go ahead and reserve it at another location (that I'll be near for other reasons) and hope they will keep it until Sunday. Just a warning to those who want the title.

Round 1 complete! I had $130 in gift certificates from the November/December sale, so this only cost me about $70 out of pocket, after applying 15% coupons to each item (and an $8 off $40 to the set).

They hold them for 3 days. However, whenever I cannot make it to the store in the 3 days, I give the store a call and ask if they can keep them reserved for a couple of extra days and they are always happy to oblige.

Anyone else having problem with the B&N site showing nothing but a blank page?

I got an email earlier in the week with a link for a 15% off coupon I wanted to take advantage of with the Criterion sale, but when I click on the link it goes to a blank page. In fact, any attempt to get to their site gets the same result.
