Seriously, WB is being annoying enough with HD DVD releases, only announcing them a few weeks before release. Now they're also restricting when e-tailers can list them?

I totally agree. We were required to remove Superman Returns as well due to the presale date being 10.31. I just can't understand the reasoning to actually restrict orders...

I emailed customer service a week ago, but havent received a response. You guys cancelled my Superman Returns HD-DVD preorder, but I dont think you credited my account.
Can you have someone look into this?
