I'm trying to place an order but every time I click to buy an item, the last item I put in the cart disappears. The cart will hold only one item at a time. This happened last night and continues today from a different computer.

Be careful, especially if using a third party search or looking at used dvds you can be placing items in both DVDPlanet shopping cart and DigitalEyes shopping cart. I had a hard time on my last order - I would add it and then it would not be there.

I'm not looking at used. I'm not sure what you mean by a third party search. I've gotten to the site in several different ways and on two different computers but the cart will only hold the last item I put in it. I've tried it logged in and logged out. I've never seen this happen at any store before.

I've shopped since the merge and I haven't seen separate DVD Planet and DigitalEyes shopping carts.
