I just tried to sign up for it and got a message saying my email address doesn't qualify. Says if you didn't get an email invitation directly from PayPal, you're not eligible to participate.
Rats. I recently spent $36 (plus shipping) to buy on eBay something I should have been able to buy for $6, if I could actually find it in a store, but couldn't. Getting $15 back would've helped a lot.

Just got another rebate for $5 from Paypal for an April 24 purchase at Barnes and Noble. I was surprised they processed the rebate so quickly this time. Hope they keep these offers coming.

Here are the purchase dates for the rebate to be valid. Looks like yours should qualify.
Promotion Period. Purchases must be made between February 8, 2007 12:01 AM PST and March 31, 2007 11:59 PM PST.

Wow, I got my $15 on Friday. I don't check my email on weekends so it was a nice surprise today. Doubly so since I cancelled the original order and got a refund from the merchant. I totally wasn't expecting to get this, but it is most welcome.
