anybody ever have anything like this happen with their order, this was a first time order with SS for me so I'm just wondering what to expect

On April 21 I get an email saying this
Here is an update to your order .....

Status
Shipped (from CA on 04/21/08)
Two days later I get this email

We are writing to inform you that the following action was
taken on your recent order

REFUNDING:
The following item was refunded to you:

You credit card was issued a refund in the amount of $18.98.
The refund should appear as a credit on your next credit
card statement.
I did notice that during that time money was first taken out and then about a day after the second email it was refunded. Now I'm not sure what to make of these emails I just know that I'm still expecting to see a dvd arrive within the timeframe they give of 1-3 weeks.

This has happened to me before. The issue is that they have multiple websites serving up the same stock (wherehouse, secondspin, amazonmarketplace), and they aren't always in sync. When they go to box up your order, someone else has already grabbed it, so they will refund you your cost and a porition of the shipping (if there were other items in the order that did ship).

i wonder where this code is from? It comes from the Howards Stern show but I never heard the show mention this code during their breaks.

What action do they take if a replacement of some discs are requested and the package never arrives? Do they send another replacement shipment?
