Yeah but they have chilled out on that recently, the last few I got that were in really bad shape they requested it to be sent back first. They used to never do that before....

Hmm, well this wasn't that long ago at all. In the same email I asked them about giving me a disc one for my 2-disc Raging Bull (it came with 2 disc twos) and they sent me another copy without me having to return my other.
