I have the Herzog / Kinski set, picked up it a few years ago during a DDD sale for around $42.

The movies Aguirre: The Wrath of God and Fitzcaraldo alone are worth the $26.

And a little trivia: In 1971 Herzog was scheduled to fly out of Lima, Peru but was held up by scouting for locations for the filming of Aguirre. The flight he was scheduled to be on was hit by lightning and fell apart while flying at about two miles high. The canopy of the jungle broke up the fall of the passengers and some survived the initial fall. Rescuers couldn't find the wreck because of the thick jungle. Nine days later Juliane Köpcke, a 17 year old high school student, stumbled out of the jungle, the only person to survive.

In 2000 Herzog made a documentary called the Wings of Hope for German TV with Juliane Köpcke who was a German living in Peru.

That was me. I ordered one of these- damaged. A replacement- damaged. Another replacement- badly damaged. Amazon said enough's enough and pulled it from the site until they can look into it. Sorry guys.

Just got my Herzog/Kinski set in the mail yesterday - I haven't unwrapped the plastic, but it looks cosmetically perfect from the outside. And thanks for the awesome trivia!
