I'm happy they are selling Anchorman for under $20, with them having it exclusivly I was worried it would be more. Also I will be grabbing Hard Candy blu and maybe 2001 Maniacs to hold onto until the October challenge.

I'll definitely pick up Anchorman, and will probably get Hard Candy.

I can't believe Sons Of Anarchy is so ridiculously expensive. I know I got Season 1 on Blu-ray release day for like $10 cheaper than what they're selling Season 2 for...it's outrageous to charge $40+ for a season of a show that only has like 13 episodes. Very, very disappointing.

saw the blair witch project for 9.99 on blu thought wow ima have to pick that up, then realized that the whole thing is filmed with a sh*** camera so it would look like crap on blu ray too.

Very heavy TV on DVD/BR week. Ideally I would love to get House (especially for the bonus disc), Sons of Anarchy, Vampire Diaries, Parenthood and NCIS LA, but I don't have hundreds of dollars lying around. If I get something it will be between Vampre Diaries and House.

At least the Disturbed Deluxe CD is decently priced. House seems tempting, I wasn't impressed this season. Still love the show, but it's not as fun as the first few seasons. Would have been funny if Lost season 6 went to 19.99 this week.

Those were all that were listed in the ad; I scanned the complete media section. I'm sure by Sunday the website will have more listed.

I wished that they had High Tension for 10 bucks. I guess that I'll have to wait until October.

BB.com is still listing SOA S2 @ $31.99. I wonder if they will honor that if I pre-order it now.

Re: Best Buy Media Prices (August 29 - September 4, 2010)

Hey snausages, Thanks for posting, but do you have the next page of the best buy ad?

I'm looking to see what the restrictions are on the $20 off two wii remotes with motion plus. it's footnote eleven, and the pages posted only go to footnote 10. I was hoping it would clarify if it's $20 off instantly, or a $20 giftcard.

I was going to buy them this week to get the $25 gift card, but since I've already got a giftcard from picking up two games, if it is $20 off at check out I could use my $25 giftcard from this week and take $20 off at check out and get two wiimotes for $55 total. Obviously if it's just a $20 gift card I'll get them this week, but I'm really hoping it's just a discount, because if it's a giftcard, I'd have another gift card burning a hole in my pocket.

Thanks

Not quite sure what you are talking about. Checked each page has its own footnotes and if it is the Wii remotes in the center of the page you are referring to, the footnotes are 2 & 3, not 11.

Aren't the Wii Motion Plus remotes only $30 at Target this week? BB can price match that, with your $25 gift card, you'd get them both for $35 plus tax. Have to go by Saturday though.

Whoa! I had no idea Blair Witch and 2001 Maniacs would be out this week! I'm definitely buying Anchorman and I'll probably pick up BW too!

Shit, maybe 2001 Maniacs as well, for $8?? That's a total of less than $40 for all 3!

My bad, on my monitor the 2&3 looked like 1s, I didn't even read their footnotes, good to know.

Wow! great deal. Do I have to have a Target Ad to take in for the price match, though?
