CH Enrollment Codes Part II

^LMT has been reported dead for quite some time now. The first post hasn't been updated in awhile, but most of the codes still work, so far as I am aware.
There are dozens of others that work also, but they haven't been listed in this thread.
If someone wants to take on the task of creating a new updated Enrollment Code thread, feel free. I have enough threads to maintain.

This was my second successful phone app using 98W in the past 3 weeks and both had 4-day turnarounds.
So 98W is still active. Good luck to all!

I just opened a new account Friday, accepted today on code C89. That's the one to use.

FYI, for kicks I tried putting in the old CYW/CYP codes and the details page shows:
5 DVDs for $5 w/ Free shipping and two more to buy. Take one now and get 4 later for free.
if done w/ a B1G1 free shipping it would work out to

Opened a "Bill Me" account using C89 online early yesterday morning and got accepted a few minutes ago. By far the fastest I have ever had an online account accepted lol.

^And I think the C9A in your link is all that is needed other than a PSN.

I think I used C89 also. Got approval e-mail in 2 days after online app.
Received enrollment pack within 5 days after app.
This was my first account in 2 years.

I did a B9V and just completed my purchase requirements and all that...
How do I go about getting my 5 free movies? Do I email them or do they send me some kind of voucher or something?

^You tell us when you find out.
I think you're the first to be accepted and fulfill an account with that particular code.
We're also curious as to whether or not there is a shipping fee on those 5 free movies.

I'm sure this is discussed somewhere, but I haven't found it: The new ch.com deal where you get 3 movies for 9.95 to join. The commitment is to buy 2 per year, but no mention of a minimum 19.95 price. In fact they advertise new releases at 14.95 and "thousands" as cheap as 7.96. No shipping charges ever. If I can fulfill with 2 dvds at 7.95, then the per DVD price is pretty sweet. Is this new or old?? What do you guys know about this?
