I am one of those who pre-order the set last month. But it is not shipped and still shown "awaiting credit approval" on Order Hisyory.

I am looking at Columbia site right now. I can't find the set anymore. Seem they took it off from the site...?!

I wish they would restock it already! I have to place an order by March to fullfill my account, and have been waiting for them before I order this set. I just sent them an email seeing if they were getting it back at all.

I received email about two weeks ago said they have to cancel my order beucase they cannot obtain it from supplier.

I received one of these as well. I'm guessing that CH decided that this set was too much of a pain in the ass and decided to no longer carry it (once it is re-released). Maybe this will change in the future. Depsite having this order down I purchased another copy at Circuit City for 69.99 and I'm glad that I did.
