DVD Talk Gold Edition
Given today's news that HD-DVD has committed seppuku, I wouldn't count on getting ANY preorder HD-DVDs from Columbia House. I'm hoping that they will have a fire sale on their current HD-DVD stock soon.

This offer works for multiple freebies: put 4 HD titles in the cart and two come up free, plus free shipping of course. Mixing HD DVD and BD titles works fine.
It doesn't work with sets. I noticed several days ago that the pricing structure for HD titles had changed. Single disc HD titles are now "Sale" priced like regular DVDs and multi-disc HD sets are now "Special" priced like regular DVD sets.
Edit: Please be cautious about pre-ordering HD DVDs. We aren't sure which of those titles are actually going to be released now that HD DVD has lost the format war.

Perhaps we will get an e-mail announcing the sale that lists a date.

If a B1G1 Code with free shipping is activated soon, this will be an even greater deal.
