Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
Got an email for a 1-day only B0G0 w/free shipping. It looks like the code is 20110929BGFT1D
Haven't bought from CH in a long time but opened up a 2nd account to get the Shield season sets that were available for a limited time. Is the B0G0 w/free shipping still the best way to go with a fulfill an account? And I assume from my following the posts here from time to time, that I can likely get a BD as my fulfillment and then a DVD as my freebie?

FYI, that code gives free shipping on Blu-ray, I seem to recall most free shipping offers not working with Blu-ray, although maybe that's changing since the last one did as well. I had a Blu-ray enrollment to fullfill, so I just ordered Thor (26.97, 44.95 regular price, so I hope it counts for two) and a Scooby-Doo DVD.

Anyone else not getting emails from CH anymore? I still have to sign in for the Director's selection, but nver get an email confirmation that I declined it either. Never receive any offer codes in at least a year. The codes that are posted never seem to work on my account either. I am supposed to enter them in the checkout page in the box that says "coupon codes", right?

FYI, the free shipping will not work if one of your selections is a pre-order.
That being said, Bridge on the River Kwai (Blu-Ray) plus 50th Anniversary Touch of Evil on DVD for $20.97 out the door leaves me quite satisfied.

the clearence titles seem to count as the Buy 1 portion of the deal. They are at 65% off, so a $22.95 clearence title comes out to $8.03 and you can get a free regular $22.95 title free. Just enter the non clearence title first. This works with all clearence titles with a regular price of $19.95 and up. Ch seems to limit how many transactions you can do with the same credit card though. I got 4 transactions and then it wouldnt let me do more.

Appears to be dead now!! I managed to get in quite a few orders. First time I ordered this much from them in about a year and a half. Managed to get Thor and Bridesmaids for $8.03 each with 2 other clearence titles. Got Constantine 2 disc for $8.03 and Watchmen directors cut for $8.73 with 2 more titles free. The new Barbie movie for the daughter and another clearence title for under $7. And a few others as well.
A great deal on some titles I wanted plus I get to sample some movies I would not have otherwise puchased and would never be at the Redbox. There was a few more I would not have minded purchasing at these prices like the Forbidden planet SE and there was a chaplin movie on clearence, but time ran out on the offer.

^ Just received another email w/the heading: Final Notice - and the same BOGO offer, expiring at midnight tonight. Looks it was extended for another day.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
Is it the same code? I typed in the old code and it says it applies it to the order, but it only gives free shipping and the BOGO does't work on it.

I've tried new releases and clearence dvds, and other combinations but none have worked. I just tried ot on my TV account and itseems to work on there though. I'd rather order it on the other account, but I'll take what I can get.

I love how this company takes down their website to do maintenance during the middle of the day....

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
It is advisable not to post these kind of deals to other boards. This particular deal with clearance has been working for several years. Now it will probably be dead in a few days. Someone from here has already posted it to CAG, and soon it will be on slick deals. I used to use this clearance deal with the buy 1 get 2 code that was killed last time this occurred. Sometimes it is better not to post deals all over to keep them working. This deal with clearance was posted on this forum awhile ago and continues to work when it is only discussed here. The buy 1 get 2 was discussed for at least a year with no problems until people started to post it elsewhere.
