The order I placed around Noon today has already shipped, WITH tickets. I just placed one more order, for Spies Like Us/Funny Farm, and noticed that I got 12 points. Apparently the double-features are programmed at 4 points each, even though they are 2 movies on one disc.

People on that other forum have raised up to 100 points from these various deals. I heard that new wallace and gromit bd release gives extra points as well. I got 2 accounts with 28 points each so I'll get 2 decent items with my points.

I ordered a couple early yesterday(around 9/10 am). As of late last night, both movies show shipped w/o a date, but the tickets say backordered.

Placed another order yesterday evening and it is saying the same thing.

5 of my 6 other orders all say PROCESSING still. Only one order says Backordered for the tickets, but it was ordered with an item which says:
Backordered , expected in stock on 04/10/12
Um, isn't that like, today?

All the orders I placed yesterday shipped today without tickets. I'm not happy. I got 6 backorders on the tickets only. They could cancel these out if they can't get anymore.

Yeah, about half my orders yesterday shipped without tickets and now say backordered. Guess I will be leaving those in their package (if I can figure out how to tell) until I am sure the tickets are coming otherwise returning to sender. I guess it is a good sign they are still available on the site, maybe a small chance we will get tix with later expiration.

Go to Fandango.com and key in your zip code, it will show you the theaters in your area that accept Fandango tickets.

All 5 of those orders now show Backordered for the tickets. I guess I'm lucky that one order on 4/9 made it out with tickets. Well, hopefully they'll come through for us. But I might not open these shipments until I receive the Fandango tix, in case I want to return them, should they decide to cancel our backorders...

Yeah, I e-mailed them yesterday and got a response that they were no longer available and the tickets would be cancelled. I wrote asking them to replace with single tickets and never got a response.

So, I called today and she said it was a one per account offer and there was a computer error that I shouldn't have been allowed to order this many. I told her to replace with single tickets and she went and her supervisor said no also but that I could buy tickets for $15 each if I wanted.

I told her I would be returning them for a refund and she said they would refund the movie price but not any shipping prices. Since only one of my orders had shipping, this should be straight forward....with the shipping amount, I can easily dispute with AMEX as they have always sided with me in getting refunds.

Hmm, I don't see it on my site and now all my tickets actually say CANCELLED inside of my orders as opposed to previously just saying backordered. On the other hand, just got an e-mail response to my oldest message saying they ARE going to send me single ticket replacements for the out of stock double packs. SO, I guess another few days will tell. CS has generally been nice over the phone and e-mail.

Very pleased with what has been delivered so far - both Hellboy II and Watchmen Director's Cut (both BLU-RAY) came with the original holographic slipcases, both of which I hadn't seen in a long time.

Got email that my tickets were canceled and also show this way in the order. Used their contact form, will see how they respond. Don't see how they can do this--ship your paid part of the order and not the free stuff that was part of the package deal. I only placed the order because of the free tickets!

According to Blu ray forum, youll have a lot more luck if you call instead of email and ask for substitution with the single fandango tickets.

I had emailed b/c they were closed when I called. Just got a message that they created an order for 4 single tickets. While the tickets are free--they seem to be charging me ~$9 in shipping. My original order had free shipping, but I should only get 2 tickets--no idea what they are doing.

Over there, the people that emailed got charged for shipping and the people that called weren't charged. At first, the people who emailed were denied all together.
They seem to be able to email again and get the shipping charges waived.
