I went through all of the episodes and most of the extras of the Project Greenlight set in one day.

Last Monday my best friend and I took the day off from work and watched Dog Soldiers, Audition, This is Spinal Tap and one of the Guinea Pig flicks. Man, what a day....

I think my longest, straight through run, was the day I got the Spaghetti Western Collection of 4 films....and topped it off with The Great Silence and Find a Place To Die. I went from around 3pm till 6 the next morning...taking breaks to check the boards here at the forum. not the best way to rest your eyes, I guess.

I made it through The Sopranos season 2 in one sitting with no breaks longer than 5 minutes. It was rough but worth it.

I have watched a season of Sopranos in one sitting as well. I agree it was well worth it. Near my birthday I usually watch all three Godfather movies since the box set came out on my birthday and it was the first DVD I owned.

Mine is 7 so far. I can't remember the movies though. It wasn't even planned. My fiance' (gf at the time) and I just ended up spending a Saturday watching movie after movie after movie.

Tonight I plan on beating that. I'm hosting a Friday the 13th marathon at my place. FT13th 1 through Jason X which comes to 10 movies. I'm not sure if I'll ever beat that. Actually once Freddy Vs. Jason comes out on DVD I'll have 11 to watch the following year

What would make the friday the 13th marrathon really good is if someone watches the region 3 uncut versions.

I also did the Spaghetti Western Collection marathon (including all the extras), but nothing else to top them off. If I'd had the stamina, I would have topped off with Keoma and The Great Silence...

I did Star Wars and Star Trek (when it was 6 movies) once. Not sure why. That was mostly LD, with some VHS. Predates DVD, I'm afraid.

Now I don't have time to pull off one movie usually, let alone 9.
