I'm updating the list tonight and wondered if anyone had the answer to these:
Which version is the Miracle on 34th street? This one?
And the Mad Monster Party. Was it the orange cover?
Thanks.

This might not be the thread for this question, but this is really the only thread I read on this sight. Where is a good place to find out what exclusives(exclusive sleeves, bonus DVDs, etc.) are coming out each week. 99.9% of what comes to Best Buy, Circuit City, and Target are in their ads in Sunday's paper. Walmart and FYE on the other hand rarely have ads. Walmart really drives me nuts since I don't hit it regularly. I've been in one Walmart and held off on buying an exclusive(I'm still looking for the Zodiac DVD with Dexter Bonus DVD) only to find it isn't there the next time I'm there(or at any other of the 3 or 4 Walmarts around me). Just wondering about how many exclusives I've probably missed without even knowing it could drive me insane.
A great site for this was DVDFanboy, but they stopped updating for some reason about a year ago. Just wondering, thanks!

Unfortunately, I must admit that while I cover every exclusive (no matter how trivial) in the weekly lists, the master list is for discs (DVD and CD) only.
The master list would just be too huge and unwieldy (imo) if I included every non-media exclusive.
But all of them are listed weekly, so if you can always research by going back to that week's list.

I recently saw the Casper Meets Wendy re-release at Walmart with a sleeve.

Slipcovers/Slipcases for 9-18-07
Here's what I saw at Best Buy today (some already mentioned):
Blade: House of Chthon
Superman: Doomsday (lenticular)
Wall Street: 20th Anniversary Edition
Barbie: The Island Princess
Grindhouse Presents: Death Proof
The Condemned
BloodRayne 2: Unrated
Troy: Director's Cut
Pittsburgh
Masters of Horror: Sounds Like
Masters of Horror: The Washingtonians
I believe Target has a different Superman: Doomsday cover but I haven't seen it yet. And someone on the weekly exclusive thread mentioned that Wal-Mart have a different cover too.

Update for 9-18-07
I went to both Target and Wal-Mart after work and saw the following (some might have been mentioned already):
Commando: Director's Cut
Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes - Volume 2
Holly Hobbie: Best Friends for Ever
Bob the Builder: Scrambler to the Rescue
Flashdance: Special Collector's Edition
The Backyardigans: Super Secret Super Spy
Casper Meets Wendy
The Return of the Living Dead: Collector's Edition
I had mentioned earlier that someone said that the Superman: Doomsday cover at Wal-Mart might be different in some way. I held it in my hands and to me, it looks exactly the same as the one I found at Best Buy earlier in the day. The only difference I found was a small sticker that mentioned that the Wal-Mart exclusive is a Comic CD-Rom.
As for a different Target cover, I couldn't find one to compare. I hit two Targets before heading home and neither had copies of the DVD. If anyone can let us know if the cover is indeed different from the regular edition, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I think i may have seen these mentioned in this thread somewhere, but just to be sure:
Costco (maybe other stores?) has new line of reissues with new slipcovers, they are the regular cover art I believe, surrounded by a large pink border, subtitled "DVDs for the Cure" at the top. Titles include Thelma and Louise, other similar chick flicks, there were maybe 8 or so at my Costco.

I've seen it at Best Buy a couple of times in the past. With Halloween coming up, maybe some stores will pick up a few more for the season.
FYI - This version with the slipcover is a reissue from a few years back. The original release did not come with a slipcover.

Whatever the result, the same standard should be applied to the "Are We Done Yet" and the "Charlotte's Web" sc that Target released awhile back also containing books.
Really? When I was jotting stuff down, the Superman: Doomsday I saw at my Best Buy had the comic OUTSIDE the slipcover. Hmmmmm. I might have to pop by again tonight to double-check. Me eyes may be playing tricks on me.
But YES - If the slipcover is made a tad wider to accommodate the comic, it is indeed an exclusive cover. Both Are We Done Yet and Charolette's Web are already on the Target Exclusive list.

Well, I can honestly say I'm not 100% sure. I've been stupid busy lately. The past three days I've had to be up at 3am for a 5am gig and not getting home til 10ish. I'm a zombie! So I could have been seeing things.
Lemme tell you, that Superman: Doomsday DVD is disappearing off my local shelves too. If I get to Best Buy today and they still have copies, I'm gonna pick one up.

Doomsday Slipcover
OK, Best Buy's lenticular slipcover for Superman Doomsday does contain the JL comic inside not out (I just bought mine).
What i don't know is, what the regular Doomsday slipcover look like. I've only seen them at BB. So, does everyone else have the lenticular? And if so, is it standard DVD size, because the one i just purchased is along the lines of Target's "Are We done Yet" and "Charlotte's Web".

I think it has been said, but just to reiterate: The lenticular covers for Superman Doomsday are the same at BB and WM, except for the BB one being slighter thicker to accommodate the comic, having a different number on the side, and the sticker on the front of course.
Still haven't seen them at Target. And I'm pretty sure they were the same cover at CC.

Thanks Trevor (and SnapOnTool). I guess I was on drugs when I saw it at Best Buy. I'll add it to the list.
My Target just got it in stock this morning. They had about 12 copies on the shelves and the cover looked exactly the same as the other stores. However, nothing on the packaging mentioned the exclusive trading card so.....maybe there's another cover floating around? When I asked an employee, he said the card was inside. Don't know if he really knew (or cared).
For now, unless a different cover materializes, I'm keeping Doomsday as two entries (regular and BB).
