Limited Edition and advanced orders bought out the limited supply. Pre-Order date was 4/16/2007 for vendors. There should be plenty of copies available for the street date.

Has anyone heard about the Masters of Horror Pro-Life DVD from AnchorBay/Starz going out of print? Evidently there are two covers available at the moment, one with an ultrasound of a baby, and the other of a crib. According to DVDAficionado, the one with the ultrasound is out of print. I managed to pick up a copy of each and they have individual UPC's. I am curious if anyone heard anything about this, as to why they changed the cover and if the ultrasound version is out of print. For the "ultrasound" copy I have 013138990280, while the "crib" version I have 013138992680.

Also the catalog No.s are different - Ultrasound N9902; Crib N9926

I am not familiar with Mullholland Drive have two covers. I would guess this is not the first time something like this has happened. Severin reported on their website that IMMORAL WOMEN was returned by a large store due to its controversial cover. Although they considered changing it, they are going with the current pressing.

I have not been able to confirme that the "crib" cover (via UPC) was ever offered for sale via online vendors. I would bet that this cover was released "in case" some stores like Wal-Mart and others found the Ultrasound cover offensive. It does appear that the "crib" cover was only distributed in stores.

As far as I can tell the UPC for the Ultrasound cover is still listed as In Print and in stock via online vendors and distributors (no trace of the Crib cover ever being listed as available).

BTW: the ultrasound cover is the cover displayed at Anchor Bay's site (there is no trace of the crib cover there either) ?????
