Which TV series will NEVER make it to DVD?

Kids Incorporated would be awesome, I've been enjoying watching musical clips off YouTube. I remember I'd watch that and the new Mickey Mose club everyday after school and lip synch and dance around like a dork
Fifteen would be cool to see, I rented 24 season 2 and seeing the actress on it totally reminded me of it. Welcome Freshmen too- but I doubt they're "big" enough to get released.

I thought of another one while I was watching The Office...yet another personal favorite, FX's "Lucky"

I remember loving the way that plots intertwined and I think there was even an over-arching mystery. In some ways I almost don't want to see it again because I was, like, twelve at the time and I'm afraid I've built it up in my head. Like when I tried to watch "Thundercats" a few years ago, and just thought, "My god, should have left this one in the "fondly remembered childhood" category. It'll never be out on DVD, but does anyone else even remember this one?

Was this the one where he was a sole survivor of an airplane crash? His name was Chance on the show, wasn't it?

I'd love to see these on DVD one day:
Lou Grant
Snoops (Charlie's Angels/She Spies type show with Gina Gershon & Paula Marshall)
When Things Were Rotten (Mel Brooks' take on Robin Hood)
The Single Guy and Good Morning Miami (Probably the best of NBC's "Well, we have air something after Friends and Seinfeld" Thursday night cannon fodder)
A Year At The Top (Paul Shaffer & Greg Evigan selling their souls to the devil to make it in the music biz)
Also, ditto on Duckman and Quark. And there's a whole bunch of early/mid 70's ABC Movie of the Week titles that I would LOVE to have in my collection. (Bad Ronald, Killdozer, Trapped, etc, etc)

I'd like to see Eight is Enough come to DVD. I've watched a couple of episodes on one of my local channels it was a pretty good family dramedy. Plus, it's also on that AOL In2TV broadband betwork so chances are good that it could to DVD in due time.

Another one that I never thought would get released was George of the Jungle animated series. According to TVShowsondvd.com, this will be coming this year. That is so awesome...now if Sony (well maybe not anymore with Sony Wonder going under) would get off their asses and release Underdog, I would be set.

A couple that I found amusing growing up were 'Blossom', 'Hangin' With Mr Cooper' and 'In The House' with LL Cool J & Alfonso Ribeiro. Probably nostalgia, because I know I'd never pick them up, but wonder if they'll ever see the light of day.

I particularly remember the episode where someone was getting the electric chair and the characters were traveling through a storm to try and stop it, and they played "Lightning Crashes" by Live. I was a big Live fan back then and that was probably the most intense use of a pop song in a tv show or movie that I have ever seen.

There were episodes on John Waters, Jackie Chan, Ed Wood (First time i heard of him was watching this show), Sam Raimi (Which you actually get the episode on one of the Evil Dead DVDs), Russ Meyer, Lovecraft Movies, Fred Olen Ray, El Santo. The show was brilliant, but again i heard it was caught up in a lot of copyright wrangles. Damn shame.

What was that anthology series on NBC that had 3 serials with cliffhan.... Oh yeah, I think it was called Cliffhangers. One part was a vampire story, another a western maybe?

Alright, where the hell is Spin City?
Bill Lawrence also made Scrubs which appears to have gone over well on DVD, so where is Spin City damnit!

They did release 2 DVD sets, Michael J. Fox - His All Time Favorites vol's 1 & 2 back in 2003 and i guess maybe they didn't sell well enough for the studio to make season sets.

Top five of the past couple years maybe, but not even top 100 ever, IMHO.

Sure comparing the two, Scrubs is a better show, but looking at all the other shit that gets put out that is far worse than Spin City it is unforgivable. Two and a Half men anyone? Come on. Spin City was a great ensemble show that deserves to be released.
I was just thinking Lawrence may have some leverage now so where the hell is it?

I don't think you can judge the series DVD potential by the sales of a greatest hits, although studios might. As much as I love the show I won't by compiliations.
Spin City is more deserving to have a release than a lot of the crap thats already out there. Plus, its got MJF.
Spin City is my most wanted DVD release. Followed by Cosby (1996-2000).
