Well I'm not completely at zero, but I finished watching all my individual titles. I still have some from the Hitchcock, Superman, and of course, Friday the 13th sets.

I'm surprised that people are actually happy that they are at zero unwatched DVDs. Granted, I want to be better than 600 unwatched titles, but half of the fun of picking out something to watch is grabbing a movie or TV show that I haven't seen before or viewed on DVD yet. I would find it depressing to look over my titles and be forced to pick something out that I had already viewed.

I was hoping not to see this thread...one of my TRSI orders came in yet. Sigh...Then again, I haven't added them to Profiler yet, so it doesn't count, does it?

Yeah, TV series and box sets are definitely slow to check off. I am trying to balance it with smaller, 2-4 disk sets or individual disks, but it also depends on what I'm in the mood to watch.

The big reason, though, is that if I, say, bought 20 DVD's on 1 order, I may get 15 on one day and then piecemeal from then on. I like to track how many I bought at one time, which is not reflected if I were to put them in when I get them.
To address your observation about UPCs. What I do is either:
a. Wait until I get them, put in the actual UPC, but put the purchase date at the day I bought it.
b. Put it in the ordered list and verify the UPC before I move it to my owned list. If it's not the right UPC, well, all the data is already there for me to copy over. I'd say I'm about 80% picking the right UPC.
At least I'm not this particular about most other things!
