The Bulk and Skull PSA is on The Good, The Bad, and The Stupid after the end credits. That one was always my favorite, so at least that's on there.

Probably a lot. I would hope for no more than $450, but it'll probably be $500-$600. I wouldn't even consider getting it, but the set is going to have some exclusive special features that aren't part of the other mega sets.

I guess the press release doesn't state it, but the helmet also has two empty slots to slide in the movies as well.

It's also supposed to be limited to 2000 copies according to IGN.
