If it bothers you that much, it should count for the action/adventure challenge going on right now. Gotta love overlapping challenges!

Welp!
Thanks, Netflix!
They've moved "To Kill A Tiger"s availability date to Sunday.
Why??
Hope I can squeeze it in late tomorrow...

Watched an all-time classic, Young Frankenstein, last night. The blu-ray disc looked absolutley amazing on my 86" TV! I think it should have received a cinematography nod on top of its screenplay and sound nominations.

Well, I DID get to watch Four Daughters using a little VPN magic. Good luck to all others trying to complete the list for tomorrow!

Last day with the Oscar ceremony starting one hour earlier than usual. Any predictions on tonight's winners? Though I didn't love it as much as everyone else, I'm guessing Oppenheimer will win all the awards. Though I am a fan of Miyazaki's work, I hope the voters don't do a lifetime achievement move and let The Boy and the Heron win for animated feature. Across the Spider-Verseis superior in every way. The black girl magic fan in me hopes there's a tie in the Best Supporting Actress category because I loved Danielle Brooks and Da'Vine Joy Randolph in their respective roles.

I guess it's all over but the crying! Congrats to Poor Things, Godzilla Minus One and The Zone of Interest, as well as to the other winners. My only criticism would be that Spider-Man: Across the Multi-Verse was robbed of the Best Animated Feature Oscar. I also disagree with the Animated Short award going to War is Over!. My vote would have went to 95 Senses.
I finished up with two films before the ceremony, My Octopus Teacher (2021's winner for Documentary Feature), which was EXCELLENT, as well as 1989's The Little Mermaid, which won in 1990 for Best Song and Best Score.
As usual, it's been a blast participating this year! Thanks to all and to lisadoris for her efforts hosting.

I hope everyone enjoyed the Challenge; I had a blast as usual.
Head on over to the Action/Adventure Challenge if you still have some titles you want to watch.

Thanks lisadoris. Did my usual scant participation and closing it out with watching the Oscars. Enjoyed the show, but wish it wasn’t such an Oppenheimer-fest.
