The Dark Knight

Again. The EE is definitely noticeable, when I remember to look for it. But again, I'm usually too caught up in the story to remember to look. Extras suck, though.

The Dark Knight.

Man, did it look and sound incredible. This was my third viewing and I loved it even more than when I saw it in the theater. What an experience to behold!

Batman Begins HD DVD

Getting ready for TDK, coming from CH, and I haven't fired up the HD-XA1 in a while.

The Dark Knight. Again.

And tomorrow I plan to watch Batman Begins on HD-DVD and re-watch The Dark Knight on BD. Twice the fun!

My collection of unwatched, still shrinkwrapped DVD's is probably annoyed by this though.

I just watched my copy of TDK from Blockbuster. It's on my Christmas list so I had to show some restraint.

My son gets home from college tonight for Christmas break so we'll do a Batman double feature tonight. I have so many SD's that look like they'll never even be opened I have to escalate my trade-in at DVDPlanet

Iron Man. The very first Blu-ray we watched, and the first time seeing the film. It did not disappoint either way!

Glad to hear it! (Might I suggest trying out 'The Incredible Hulk' BD)

I just finished up watching Serenity HD-DVD, wanted to wrap up the Firefly saga properly.

Happy Feet (HD-DVD)... I sat down to watch it with my 4 year old this afternoon, fell asleep about 10 mins into it.

I saw Happy Feet in the theater. Actually sleep is a better use of your time.

I don't blame you. That movie is truly horrendous.

As for what I watched last: still The Dark Knight. I can't decide between watching it AGAIN or giving Lost: Season 3 BD a spin. After all, S4 is sitting shrinkwrapped on my shelf.

The Dark Knight and
Lost S3.

Both have excellent PQ. I can't believe I'm watching Lost again after a truly horrible season 2.

Dark City: Director's Cut.

I found it incredibly disappointing. It was a blind buy for me, and apparently not a good one. I found the storyline overly simple and the acting atrocious. The cinematography and ideas presented in this film were interesting but the rest seemed poorly executed. And the finale left a lot to be desired, and felt tacked on IMO.
