If you're serious about why the Looney Tunes shorts are being done in small batches, just look at the extraordinary sales of the first volume. The pricing is much closer to an impulse buy (especially with all the price drops on vol 1) and helps get buyers that like Looney Tunes to purchase these but wouldn't spend the extra on a box set.

How have I never heard of Rover Dangerfield? How was that a thing? I would say 85% of my long term memories are devoted to early 90's pop culture, so maybe I just blocked it from my mind. And while I have obviously never seen it, let's just say Warner Archive's recent output has not been my cup of tea.

Im almost surprised Coppola didn’t recut it with an alt cut included in the release like he’s been doing with other films of his.

so excited though. Rain People is under appreciated minor masterpiece.
