Bad Boys II and Ghostnusters 2 are the only ones I'm still waiting for.

"Zilla" is what the Japanese have dubbed the "Godzilla" of that film.
With regards to the Godzilla franchise, Toho has full say on the HD releases. Why do you think the Echo Bridge release is actually solid? Toho gave them their materials and said go. Media Blasters fucked up on their releases of Destroy All Monsters and Godzilla vs. Megalon as they deviated from Toho.
Godzilla Raids Again, Mothra vs. Godzilla, Ghidorah: The Three-Headed Monster, Invasion of Astro-Monster, All Monsters Attack, and Terror of Mechagodzilla are all owned by Classic Media. Criterion could easily get their hands on the titles with no problem as seen with the original film.
King Kong vs. Godzilla is in the hands of Universal. Criterion or Shout! could easily get their hands on that title.
Godzilla 1985 is in the hands of Image. So, uh, we're probably fucked there.
The remainder are with Sony... which could easily go to Criterion, Image, or Mill Creek at this point. I don't know how they'd part with Godzilla, but to be fair, they're doing not a single thing with the titles as it stands. Personally, Mill Creek would do right by the titles as seen by the 90s Gamera trilogy.
... and ... uh ... Short Circuit 2 is on Blu-ray.

I read on a forum somewhere, sorry I don't remember where, the person at Echo Bridge in charge of Biollante said that if it sells well he is lobbying for 1985 next. It was an actual interview with him re the Biollante release and not just heresay.

Lakeshore Entertainment owns the rights to 1985 as it was originally a New World Pictures release. Lakeshore owns the entire New World catalog.
As of now, all Lakeshore Entertainment releases are done through Image as per their 2011 deal. Image mentioned when the deal occurred that they were working for a Blu-ray/DVD release, but that was over a year ago.
EDIT: When Anchor Bay owned the New World catalog, the reasoning for the DVD never being released was due to Toho.

<Michael_Felsher> GODZILLA 1985 will not be happening anytime soon. We are not able to acquire the Japanese version and that is the main reason we want to release the film. Hopefully one day it will be cleared up.

They got out an SE of Biollante that was very nearly a shovel-ware release. I think they deserve the benefit of the doubt.

As a late 90's big budget monster movie, "Godzilla '98" isn't bad....but it isn't a Godzilla movie.
I still prefer the alternate title I've dubbed the movie.
"New York vs The Giant Iguana".
