There's supposed to be work being done on a restored/remastered Norwegian release. Possibly it will have at least English subtitles, and hopefully the restoration will be used for releases in other markets.

There will be a new, restored Norwegian release of this on November 2nd this year, with English subtitles, as well as releases of all the other things Ivo Caprino did, also with English subtitles. No English dub listed in the specs I've seen.
To be bought separately (NOK 159.50/$25 each, shipping not included) or in a box set (NOK 599/$93, shipping not included).

I've just had a quick look at the new Flåklypa dvd, and am happy to say (for people who don't like subtitles) that it has an English dub (that even sounds quite good, imho), in addition to English subtitles.
While I haven't checked them yet, the same should be true for the other titles in the Ivo Caprino box set.
