I'm an old schooler of DVDTalk. Have been with this forum since 1999. Had some personal issues to attend to and now I am back.

Also, I have made a forum which is focused on Korean DVD market and Korean movies. I just opened it today so there aren't much traffic nor posts. I will try to update you on some recent Korean DVD releases.

Since I'm in Korea and do know the market pretty well, you can always look around Korean etailer shops and ask on my forum if the price is decent. If not, I will personally look into it and try to find you a cheaper method of getting that DVD you are looking for.

Unfortunately there have been bad experiences with region-free, early releases at too low prices originating from that geographical sector: it is important that these are clearly flagged so that DVDTalk members are aware of what risks may be involved.

Some time ago I emailed AutumnNights, who used to create and update this thread from a library computer, to see whether he was still with us. Unfortunately I don't seem to have heard from him. A/N, please email me if you're reading and disagree with my suggestion below.

If someone wants to take over the administration of the thread, checking all the links and providing the necessary updates, feel free to email me and we can set things up in the New Year. I would suggest that it be an active member who has been around for at least 18 months and who is not currently managing too many other threads; this one is a "monster" and requires quite a bit of work.
