One and ONLY International Coupon Swap & Discussion
Perhaps this will tidy up the forum a bit - We seem to get coupon requests every week or so for this or that store, so perhaps it'll be best to keep them all in one place. ![Smilie](/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Only post or request coupons for online stores that sell non-region 1 DVDs (such as stores in the UK or France or Hong Kong)... Some US based stores are ok, like Pokerindustries or HKFlix. Canadian stores are a coin toss - use your better judgement.![Wink](/images/smilies/wink.gif)
If this thread gets busy, I'll keep this first post updated (like I do with a few other posts) when I can with a list of the latest coupons as you all provide them. As I said before, feel free to post coupons you think someone might find useful or request coupons for a particular online store. Amazon's international one-use coupons are okay to post here - feel free to either post the coupon code for a first come first serve or else offer it via email to the first person to respond (to thwart lurkers) or whatever you fancy... just don't try to sell them or use them as a bribe.
Benedict, with your approval?...

thanks a bunch for the idea. however, is there any way to make a little addemdum to the list about what the most commonly thought best or most reliable stores to shop at are within like 4 or 5. i am just getting into the international dvd scene and while i found a thread that listed MANY of the stores in the various regions, it would be nice to know all of the dvdtalk opinions on which is the best. just an idea.

Great idea, Trigger. Just noticed in another thread (on a 10% off code for the French site Cinestore) that there had been a free shipping offer from some Euro-site that flew under the radar of most of us. Be nice to get wind of more of that sort of thing. Also, is this dvdpascher site a good source for international bargain/coupon informaiton?

Not quite a coupon or a discussion, but 101cd.com (a UK outlet) seem to be including DVDs in their current sale.
You 'll have to check out the exact "bargain quotient" for yourselves!

Amazon.co.uk reduces price for Star Trek NG
Just received an email from amazon.co.uk advising that the price for the Star Trek Next Generation TV series has been reduced to 57.86 pounds (excluding VAT)
Great!
This makes the set even more attractive now than the R1 version.

Yeah, I got that e-mail too! That's awesome. I never mind, especially when the exchange rate is working against us. It seems to be a good deal, and I am awaiting mine expectantly.

Strange. There must be some coupons/deals/discounts on various international sites out there... surely someone must know about some. (Sigh) ...and I had such high hopes for this thread....

Anyone have a coupon for Chaosmusic.com?
I'm addicted to the Aussie series "The Secret Life of Us," and am wondering if anyone has a coupon code for chaosmusic.com? I'm about to go on a shopping spree....
Thanks!

I don't think Chaos tends to do coupons. However, to find the best price and Australian deals and bargains, visit www.dvdplaza.com.au. www.devoted.com.au tends to be the cheapest etailer.

Right. The new 10% off promotion actually reads "10% sur la commande et baisse la gratuité du port à 54.5€" -- anyone know what this last bit means about the shipping?
Also, can someone confirm that shipping to the US has definitely been raised to 20 euros?

I learned about the change in their shipping charges from their weekly electronic newsletter; you can find their (new) shipping rates on their web-site under "Livraison".
The free-shipping ("gratuité du port ") offer only applies to those orders greater than 60 Euros (or 54.5 Euros w/ the 10%-coupon) and shipped to destinations within France.

Not to everyone's taste, but a great price nonetheless.

[101cd.com]
Some "alphabetized" cheaper DVDs from the UK etailer:
http://www.101cd.com/offers/promotion.asp?prm=289 (offered until April 31)
http://www.101cd.com/bargains/browse...n=DVD&letter=A (cheap - but nasty?)
http://www.101cd.com/offers/campaign.asp?cpg=216 (most £12-99)
