I'm personally looking forward to the Medusa release of this film.I'm hoping it includes the Italian DTS track option like what was featured on their release of NON HO SONNO, (Sleepless).

So far it looks like another Argento disaster. He has not made a good film since TENEBRAE (my opinion). Once Daria Nicolodi left him, his work suffered greatly. OPERA had great moments, but moments do not a great film make. And each film has grown more ridiculous and laughable, with PHANTOM OF THE OPERA being the worst film I have seen in the last ten years by a director with talent. It is as though Daria was Dario's muse and without her, he cannot function.
Here's one way to improve Argento's films. CAST REAL ACTORS WHO EITHER SPEAK ENGLISH AS A FIRST LANGUAGE, OR SHOOT IN FRICKEN ITALIAN! SLEEPLESS is unwatchable due to Italian actors speaking English, but being dubbed, badly, by English voice actors. My wife, who loves Argento's early work, walked out of the room she was so distracted by the dubbing.

Saw the first few minutes of the Dutch rental disc, and English really seems to be the spoken language, no dubbing here... Even the credits showed the English title, and the text on computer-screens was also in English. Or were these replaced in international versions? I think this Argento was shot in this language. Either way the voices of the actors i saw in the beginning... So the Medusa dvd seems to be dubbed (in Italian).
