I placed an order for platoon from the above over a week ago and they are now asking for a credit card statment. Why do this, they have already charged my card.
Also can somebody else tell me of a site where i dont have to fax my credit card statment.

Try WWW.dvddynamic they also have got free shipping and they usually arrive within the week and have your order billed in canadian dollars it works out slightly cheaper

Wierd....

DVD Box Office has a pretty good reputation up here in Canada. I definitly wouldn't give them your statement. Why are they asking for it?

I also had some CC problem with them but they never did ask for my CC details as they only cancelled the ord when the credit card and the info did not match.
Has your credit card been ever stolen or something Ant_Si or maybe its your credit card company.
