I think blizzard drop the ball... if this movie turns out bad. An animated movie with blizzard name attached to it, would've made high millions (if not a billion+).

An animated movie with blizzard's name wouldn't do a billion plus, but it'd do respectable numbers, easily more than The Spirits Within.

My biggest reservation, even after the trailer, is still my dislike of Ben Foster and Dominic Cooper. I also hear Second Chance shit the bed by casting Robert Kazinsky in the lead, so that doesn't bode well either.

Sooooo the female Orcs look like normal humans except w/ some Orcish aspects to them?

Basically confirming what every trailer has promised thus far. Not surprising.

I liked this bit:
Boasting more than 2,000 visual effects shots, it’s dispiriting to think about the time, energy, planning and precision that went into “Warcraft” when the final product brings to mind those animated advertisements for iPhone app games. So good at making the most outlandish elements of his first two films seem completely credible, Jones can’t find a way to get this cartoony spectacle to soar.

the comments in that Variety review are entertaining though (not Ghostbusters shequel comments level of entertainment, but it's up there).

For example:
This critic broke the embargo. It is clearly sabotage. Why would you break the contract unless you had ulterior motives. These who broke the embargo are trolls, nothing more.

After this bombs critically and commercially, I hope Duncan Jones goes back to making films like Moon and Source Code.

He's already rich from being David Bowie's son, so it's not like he needs the money for these big Hollywood blockbusters.
