Need help with video title
About 25 years ago, I saw an animated video about some animals in the story of Noah's ark and the flood. In particular, there was a polar bear. The scene I remember from the video was when the polar bear sang out "as anywhere", expecting the same response from the echo, but instead hears "you crazy bear".
Does anyone know the title to this video?

Unfortunately, no, I don't know the year. There is another scene in the video with a few children talking to someone who is might be "God". In response to one question, one of the children answers "No, uhh..." and the voice of God says "yes, Noah". I apologize for the vague details, but that is about all I remember.
