Rank the Pixar Film: Post Toy Story 3 Edition
Now that Toy Story 3 has been out for awhile, I'm a bit curious to see if it's become anyone's favorite Pixar film.


So without further adieu, here's my rundown:

Toy Story: 4.5/5.0 (A+)
A Bug's Life: 3.0/5.0 (B)
Toy Story 2: 5.0/5.0 (A++: A Personal Favorite)
Monsters Inc: 4.0/5.0 (A)
Finding Nemo: 3.5/5.0 (A-)
The Incredibles: 4.5/5.0 (A+)
Cars: 3.0/5.0 (B)
Ratatoullie: 4.0/5.0 (A)
WALL-E: 1.5/5.0 (C-)
Up: 3.5/5.0 (B+)
Toy Story 3: 4.5/5.0 (A+)


Toy Story 2 still holds the top slot in my book. Toy Story 3 came very close, but the heavy-handed final act, dropped it down a tiny notch.

I love them all and it's so hard to rank, but I can probably put them in tiers

Tier 1:
Toy Story 2
Monsters, Inc.
The Incredibles
Toy Story 3

Tier 2:
Toy Story
Finding Nemo
Ratatouille
Wall-E

Tier 3:
A Bug's Life
Cars
Up

If I had to pick an absolute favorite: The Incredibles
If I had to pick an absolute least favorite: Cars

And the only non-Pixar CG animated movie that I'd put in the same ballpark as my least favorite Pixar movie is Kung Fu Panda.

Too difficult to choose almost, toss up between Toy Story 1&2 and A Bug's Life. Incredibles was great, but felt too deriative. Love them all except for Wall-E (hate with a passion) and Cars (haven't seen).

I haven't seen the others, as I'm really not into animated films very much (hence my dislike of Avatar, the king of pretentious, overblown [half-]animated films).
Given your love of the only three Pixar films you've tried, seems like it would make sense to try their other films.
