Coolest: Robert Duvall as Gus in "Lonesome Dove". Charming and light hearted but full of regret, lethally skilled but lazy, romantic but macho, visionary leader but debauched, oozes competance but couldn't really give a shit, loyal until death but not really ready to die.
Least cool: everyone in "Oceans Eleven". Trying too hard to be cool, wearing sunglasses at night, talking too much, fake rat pack vibe. Andy Garcia and Julia Roberts earn special hatred. Entertaining movie, but it irritates me a little.
