Had to be Bad(der) Santa. Most of the typical humor these days doesn't do much for me but that movie had me rolling...

Not that this movie is the funniest (or even this scene), but when the car in the Starsky & Hutch remake hits the water my then-gf and I headbutted each other laughing.

I also cried laughter for a solid minute during Over the Hedge which had some of the best gags of any animated movie.

It was the "Uncle Fucka" song for me. As a lifelong fan of musical theater, I was already loving it. That song put me over the edge. Especially the fart/tap break.

Easily the hardest I've ever laughed in a theater.

Laughed hardest and longest in a theater during these four films:

The Hangover
American Pie
Superbad
Austin Powers

This is the hardest I can recall laughing at a scene in a movie:

Top Secret and Bad Santa are the two that really stand out. Anchorman, Blazing Saddles and Zoolander next.

Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls...scene where he is coming out of the rhino or something like that he was camo'd in. i was high and thought it was hysterical.
That is the first one that comes to mind lol.

Not a lot of gust busting laughs at the movies lately. Maybe you can get better comedy on TV since Hollywood is not making a lot of comedy movies these days.

CB4 when the dad tells Chris Rock to go to school and he says it is Saturday and his dad tells him to go look at one.

In a theater, it was Analyze That. The movie just had my friend and I burst out into laughter the entire time, especially the dream sequence.

At home, it was always Home Alone or Mrs. Doubtfire.

Pretty sure I've posted about this here before, but the first time I saw Female Trouble I laughed so hard my stomach muscles were sore by the end of the film.

For recent ones, the sex scene in Chris Rock's "Top Five' had me laughing so hard in the theater.

Can't forget this one. Saw this in the theater back in 1977, the year I graduated high school.

Sheriff Branford: The fact you are a Sheriff is not germane to the situation.

Sheriff Justice: The Goddamned Germans got nuthin to do with it!!!

One of the funniest lines ever from one of my favorite movies ever.
