There are so many possible answers to this that I almost divided it into 2 questions: favorite from the "Walt" era (through the 60s) and favorite from everything past then. Though the wording was coming out jumbled, so I just left it simple.

It probably won't be a big surprise that the "down" years of the 70's until the late 80's aren't represented at all. 1989's The Little Mermaid marked a renaissance for Disney feature animation.

After the lackluster The Rescuers Down Under (in 1990), Disney had a huge hit with Beauty and the Beast in 1991:
