Paul Newman and Elizabeth Taylor, for sure. Extraordinarily beautiful and talented. Not just generic Hollywood attractive either, but almost otherwordly in their beauty, like the next step in human evolution.

Y'all are missing out on the obvious answer, me, myself, and I because aren't we all actors on this grand stage called life.
To be fair I have not been ravaged by time, and in keeping with the spirit of the thread I would say someone like Jackie Chan would be fun to see eternally young so we could enjoy a constant stream of viewing his death defying stunts.

Do I know the actor? Will I get to know the actor? Or is this unknown to the actor? These are things I need to know!
Especially if I get to have sex with the person...

Actresses are easy targets for a topic like this, not only because of looks, but being the way Hollywood is, the parts dry up as they get older. So I'll say:
Helen Hunt & Laura Dern
On the male side, how about Redford? I mean he's aged great and seemingly can still do whatever he wants, but to have him in his prime? He appealed to male and female audiences.

Helen Hunt? She was never a great beauty, even in her prime. I never found her funny either, so I think she lucked out big time with Mad About You.

How about Gene Hackman? Somehow movies just haven’t been the same since he retired.

Gary Oldman and Jeremy Irons, only because they're both phenomenal actors and I will hate to see them gone.

The world would be a better place if Charles Bronson and Patrick Swayze were still around in their prime acting years.

She does, but I'd like to see her around for a long time. IMO she's right up there with the great European female actors like Liv Ullman, Catherine Deneuve, Juliette Binoche, Jeanne Moreau,
Simone Signoret, Anna Magnani, etc.... Great in everything she's in, even if the movie is a turd.

Ann Margaret in her prime was a beauty before implants and plastic surgery became the norm. Gorgeous well past middle age. I saw a picture of Malin Akerman yesterday and it looks like she's had work done already. The extra skinny nose and the eye brows that look confused. Foolish. Hopefully it was just the picture.
