Hey, I was just going to resuurect this thread, myself, as I remembered another band.
Utopia (Todd Rundgren, Kasim Sultan, Roger Powell & Willie Wilcox)
- This line up of the band, which was for the majority of their existence, all of the members sang lead vocals.

Okay, its not 100% all members (at least I don't think), but it had four members in the group, and three have sang lead vocals at least once- which makes it 75% (which is more than the 60% that someone else posted above):
Ray Manzarek - (You Need Meat) Don't Go No Further
Robby Krieger - Running Blues
Jim Morrison - official lead vocalist
John Densmore - I don't think so.

Dresden Dolls - One drummer, one pianist, both sing. I'm not a big fan.
From Autumn to Ashes - I think these guys. I know the drummer and one of the guitarists sings, as well as the lead singer. I'm not sure if the other guitarist/bassist sings, though.

The Sex Pistols, kind of.
After Johnny Rotten left the band, Malcolm McLaren tried to keep things going with the remaining members. They ended up completing the soundtrack album for "The Great Rock and Roll Swindle" without Rotten, and all three remaining members: Steve Jones, Sid Vicious and Paul Cook contributed lead vocals to various songs (along with several "guest" vocalists on other songs). But I don't think that would have happened if Rotten's departure hadn't forced it to.

I'm sorta surprised no one mentioned The Monkees. Sure, at the beginning they were the equivalent of a modern boy band, but each member sang lead on songs (unlike many boy bands, where there's really one lead singer and the rest harmonize or sing a verse here and there), and in a desire to break out of the "boy band" image they all learned to play their instruments.

i believe the go-gos all sang and played instruments as well but not as proficiently as the bangles.

Great answers guys.
Another great answer. The Monkees are easy to forget/dismiss because they were "that boy band" from the start and what made them famous. I bet most forget the part where they actually learned to play.

I could be wrong on this one, but I think all the members of hte Gear Daddies have sang a lead vocal. Only one i'd question is the bass player, but i'm pretty sure he has.

Can we count Pink Floyd?
Obviously Gilmour and Waters sang plenty of the songs. I believe that Wright sang a couple of songs on some early albums, and does sing some parts on DSOTM. So that would leave Mason, and he would count if you want to accept what he does in "One Of These Days" as a lead vocal.

Smashing Pumpkins would count.
Obviously Billy handled 90% of the songs, but James Iha had several songs, D'arcy sings lead on Daydream on Gish and parts of Dreaming, and all 4 sing on Farewell and Goodnight (the last song on Mellon Collie )
