Famous Drum Loops..anyone know where these are from?

The famous drum loop of 1989, that made it's mark in almost every Milli Vanilli song, especially "Girl You Know It's True" as well as P.M. Dawn's "Set Adrift On Memory Bliss," does anyone know where to get this loop, simply as a loop? Is there a computer program that has this loop built in? Anywhere online?

Same question for the drum loop in George Michael's "Freedom 90."

Thanks

Set Adrift on Memory Bliss sampled True by Spandau Ballet for the beat. I'm not sure, but I don't think Girl You Know It's True used the same beat.

Enigma's Sadness Part 1 also uses that Soul Searches break.

Set Adrift on Memory Bliss also samples Bob James "Take Me to the Mardi Gras"
