Hokeyboy - B5Erik (I almost let this one stand)

Groucho and Mountain Biker - Bruce Lee (interesting but still wrong)

and of course reverie who answered "George Martin" which he probably meant for question 3, but he answered a different producer there.

You'll note that when I say 10 points for a reverse answer, I of course mean -10 points. The spreadsheet takes care of that for me.
