Is there something in game that tells you how many out of the possible moons available you've gotten per level? I know it shows you with the dotted lines how many you need to get to the next world.

From what I've researched at this point the only that raises your level is Powerful Engrams from things like weekly milestones. Once you get to 275ish or so then the regular engrams start encrypting...
