I've always used Amazon and have been pretty satisfied with it. My Ocean's 11 case was kind of bent and it didn't play right in the middle so I returned it to borders and got a disc that worked 
. Seeing as how all of the pre-releases I've ordered (Ocean's 11 and Memento LE) have arrived a few days after the release, I might try using DVD Empire with my next purchase. However, while doing some quick browsing around DVD Empire, a lot of their stuff is out of stock. Amazon usually has everything in stock, which I like.
