I sure wish they sold video games, books, and other stuff like that right about now.

I'm sending another order of just about $400 in to them today, so hopefully they keep up with their quick turnaround.

Not sure why he is still allowed to order or send back products? He set up over 75 accounts during the google sale and refused to answer repeated e-mails from dvdplanet. The e-mails were regards to telling them which one e-mail address to use. This information was provided to me from a former employee named rommel O. Now everyone is gone so I guess they let him order again.

I'll vouch for another quick turnaround on a shipment to DVD Planet. I sent in an order no more than 10 days ago using media mail. Got an e-mail with info concerning my credit today.

Sent three packages via Priority last Wed. Received the credit for one on Monday (amazing turnaround.) I decided to check the status on the other two packages since I paid for delivery confirmation. The second package arrived safely but the third says it's still "Processing" which scares me. I am in no hurry for the credit for the other two but it looks like they never even received one of the three. I don't ship packages much, can anybody tell me if it's common for priority stuff to sometimes take 5-6 days?

Thanks
Shane

Well, USPS Media Mail continues to impress me. I sent the above order off just three days ago, and they received it this morning.

So now we play the waiting game...

I sent off a package myself via media mail with dc# on tuesday. My credit will be for $128 change, a far cry from what some of you are sending in. I will try to keep you updated on how long it takes from arrival to credit posted.

I just made the plunge into Blu-ray finally. I picked up the Panasonic BD-55 and will be using my credit to buy a few movies.

Hmm, jackson2006 seems to be a bit of an illiterate troll, I wouldn't worry too much about anything he posts.

Been awhile since I last sent in. After you submit a quote, how many days do you have to mail it? Do they send you an email where you can print the quote?

^ You print out your quote and include it in the package you're sending in...I believe you get a copy e-mailed to you as well. The quote is good for a month.

Shane,

I've had Priority sometimes take about 8 or 9 days, but that is coming/going from Hawaii.

As someone pointed out below your post. You print out the email with your quote. There is a space on there to put down your email address/phone number and include it with your package. On the email it will give you a date that your quote is valid for. It is usually about a month's time from my experience.

I just tracked my package...USPS says it got there on the 22th but as of 5 minutes ago my account is still not showing any credit available.

Anybody run into this type of delay before? If it's not updated by Monday I will give them a call.

Don't worry about it. You'll more than likely get your credit Monday morning. I'd give it until at least the Monday after this coming Monday before calling. They say it can takes weeks, and has in the past. They've just been especially quick here lately, that's all.

Also, I never received the quote confirmation email letting me know that they applied my credit the last thing it went through. I only knew they applied the credit to my account by logging in and looking at the total on the site. It's the only time I've ever not received that email.

My latest credit should go through this coming Monday also.

My package arrived this morning.. so 6 days for media mail. That is still very good! Now to see how long the credit turn around will be here.

I sent some DVDs to them 10/14 via media mail. The package was received 10/17 and I received credit on 10/21.

Worked so well, I sent out another package today.

I haven't read all the DVD Planet 20% off posts, but can you use store credit and coupon codes together?

Yep, that's why all of us are in a frenzy to get our shipments there before the 20% off sale hits.
