Hes already said that even if we protest that it doesnt matter so public opinion is out the door. We are going to war no matter what because "W" wants too.

If we get bombed by them or Korea he gets to go into his safe little underground bunker so what does it matter to him?

This is funny. Isn't this the main reason why the UN is not doing much at all?

"oh yeah the inspections are working. We are covering the entire country of Iraq with only a few hundred weapons inspectors. We need more time. Saddam needs more time. He really is disarming. 12 years isn't enough to sit on our duffs and do nothing."

Thanks for that. Maybe it's wishful thinking, but disheartning as they are I just don't see 'overwhelming' in those surveys (the numbers are close to what I remember). So I guess we all have alot to look forward to... safety and lower taxes. It'd be funny if it weren't so frighteningly tragic.

It was reveiled yesterday by one of the inspectors that Colin Powell presented a false Document regarding that so called "chemical plant" to th U.N a few eeks ago...

This just proves my point once again that this administration is guilty of false Propaganda and will do or say anything to justiy this war!

Anybody wonder why if Bush is soooo sure he has WMD then why not tell the freakin inspectors so they can find them??

If you're referring to the report of Saddam's nuclear capabilities, there was a fabricated document passed on to US and British intelligence, not fabricated by US intelligence. US intel admitted the mistake.

Colin Powell provided photos of a facility equipped with decontamination units that disappeared by the time inspection teams had arrived, not documents supporting its existence. Your facts seem to be a little off. Hans Bilx's report, however, made mention of the tons, TONS, of chemical and biological weapons unaccounted for, as well as new evidence supporting unmanned drones capable of not only flying well outside the limits imposed by UN resolutions, but dispersing the chemical weapons that the UN itself believes Saddam has. I have no problem with criticizing this administration or being against a possible war, but lets not accuse people of passing along false information if we cannot get our own facts straight.

Secondly, hasn't this thread outlived its usefullness? There are tons of threads in Other where anyone and everyone can make their opinions known.

I think it's funny how the Bush administration is constantly saying the UN is "irrelevant", but one of their justifications for an invasion of Irag is that Saddam has violated UN resolutions.

So which is it?

It sounds to me like Bush & Saddam both are in agreement about the UN.

Isn't it ironic that Bush wants to break with the UN in order to enforce Iraq's UN agreements?
