Thought tonights episode was pretty good. Seems like it's getting a little better. The wife has settled down a little bit. Nice to get away from the tired neglected wife angle.
The son is getting closer with his father now. Seems like they are beginning to communicate better. Matt gets the circumcision, but as soon as he is ready to go show it off, he walks in on his girlfriend making out with another cheerleader. That was almost as hot as Christian in bed with the twins last week!
Matt is becoming more sympathetic, as we watch him quietly burst out in tears because his girlfriend might be a lesbian.
Oh yeah, and one of the more interesting storylines shows us a crazy fat bitch who everyone tries to help, but she wants to take the easy way out. Wants to be "fixed" for her class reunion. Well, she eventually takes the easy way out, but with a gun.

I'm still watching, how about you?

I finnaly notcied the resemblance between Matt and Michael Jackson tonight

I thought it was a good episode. The airport scene was funny.

Thank god they didn't drag the circumcision story out much longer.

Poor Matt. First, he's horribly miscast and resembles a washed-up pop star, then his circumscision goes wrong. Then, of all things, his girlfriend's a lez and he isn't invited to any of the activities.

The FX Ad Execs must have taken a hint from the WB and ABC. The way they edited their promo made it seem like the large woman ended up killing the new psychologist. How misleading.

Is it just me or did Matt make a big mistake by bailing on his girlfriend when he caught her with another cheerleader?? He should have joined the fray....

On a separate note, you had to know the tons-of-fun storyline would end in suicide...can you say freek...

I just realized where I've seen the actor playing Matt before. He was the young guy on Witchblade.

Great stuff. I wasn't expecting the GF to be making out with a chick. I thought for sure he would catch her banging some dude. Matt needs to turn that 'negative' into a 'positive.'

This has been the best episode yet, IMO. It really seems to be delving more into character now rather than just serving up shocking footage or tired story lines.

This show may be like Lucky, which took a few episodes to pick up steam and then really seemed to come into its own. Based on last night's episode, I have high hopes that this show will evolve into something special.

At first, I thought he looked like that 'Simon' kid from 7th Heaven. I lost track of little Simon, and I have no idea what he may look like today. Maybe he DID dye his hair black!

I watched the first episode and liked it but didn't love it. Caught it again last night and absolutely loved it. Great show and great cast.

The actor playing Matt does indeed look familiar, but I've never seen Witchblade.

His first role was on Madigan Men, the easily forgettable ABC sitcom, one of many canceled.

He turns 26 at the end of the month. Yipes!

Yeah, Matt was on Witchblade (playing the young artifacts dealer Gabriel). He had wider/longer hair on that show, and looked like he was in his early 20's.

Another good episode. I still think Matt is actually Christian's son. Maybe the writers are going to get Sean and Matt become close only to drop the bomb that Christian is actually his father.

By the way, what was up with Sean asking about Matt's first time? I'd be like totally weirded out if my dad asked me about sex right after my supposed first time.

I agree with Cheddarmuff...Matt should've joined the fray! It doesn't seem like his character, though. He's in teen-love with his girlfriend and I'm sure he felt betrayed.

Finally got around to watching this the other night and it was indeed another solid episode.

I am impressed with FX's shows - as they always seem to put out quality programming.

this was a very good episode indeed, as I am watching this as part of the little marathon thing. I was really caugtht off gaurd as well with the hole lesbian thing, Hopefully this show just gets better and better as the series progressess.
